LRE Links Up/Down and Duplex or Speed Settings

Below is a brief log of up and down links on an LRE 2900. My next step is to change the speed and duplex to auto from 100 and full, my question is if I change the speed and duplex at the remote location first am I going to be kicked out or disconnected from the remote router? Any other suggestions for the errors below are welcome.

Also, is there a command to show you the uptime of a specific port?

Check out this doc. It lists the error messages that you are encountering and suggests the action to be taken.

thanks, I have already looked at that one.
