How can I tell How much I have and how much more I need to max it out by looking at the output below?

16384K <--- Flash.
No you can't upgrade ANYTHING on a 2500 router. Practicing on an ancient appliance like this is a waste of time. Go look for an 1800 or something from the ISR G1 is probably worth it.
