Hello, I want to upgrade flash and dram memory in an mc3810. I'm not sure of the exact hardware version of the router; here is the sh ver command:

I want to add dram and flash in order to be able to install an IOS image that is VoIP capable.
Are there options besides the modules suggested by cisco (MEM-DIM-1X64D, MEM-381-1X32F)? I understand these are discontinued and cisco offers others as replacements. I'm just curious; are there cheaper and functional options out there (other brands)?
if so, what are the requirements of these modules? in order to look for other alternatives that are easier to get.
Thanks in advance.
