Meaning of SP-RR,SP-AR1

(Not sure if it's the right place to post, but if it's not  please excuse me)

I was just looking for some prices in the Cisco Price List and i have two requests for you:

- What is the meaning of the Acronyms SP-RR,SP-AR1,SP-AR2 etc ?

- Where can i find the price for the 3560-C series? (They are not in the list)[3560C-8PC-S]

looks like the SP-RR / SP-AR and SP-OS are contract options in the SP Base product support line. Whereas Smartnet is available for all types of enterprises, the SP contracts are intended for Service Providers. However from a quick glance it lokos like the pricing/coverage is exactly the same.
