You are out of DRam Memory. Do a show memory or a show processes memory to determine the process using the most memory.

You could try to change to an IOS whose memory requirement is lower. If the IP Input process is respnsible, it might be due to worm activities causing a high packet rate through the router, and increasing the size of the switching cache. Try to use cef then.
