Hi,
Our client has 2 nexus switches at their office now.
They would like to replace them into 4 Cisco 3850 switches and want us to configure them stacked 4 of them all together.
The models are as below;
WS-C3850-24T-S Qty:2
WS-C3850-12XS-S Qty:2
Is this possible to configure these 4 switches stacked??
I'm asking this coz I've heard some models cannot be configured stacked with other models.
For example: 2960 series
Refer to Table 2. Allowed Mixed Stack Combinations on above link.
I looked for this kind of information like above link on cisco page but cannot find them.
If someone can send it to me, it would be really appreciated.
Thank you,
Mayumi

I am 99.99% confident all models of 3850 can be stacked with al other models of 3850.

You are wanting a link to a document about a problem that does not exist. That's like me asking you for a document that the world is not going to end on Thursday.
I hope you can understand why you can't find such a document.

Hi Philip,
Thank you for your response.
So no documents about this from Cisco.
I thought there might be a link which explains all models of 3850 can be stacked with al other models of 3850.
Anyway again, thank you so much for your help on this.
Thank you,
Mayumi

I found this one reference:
**StackWise-480 and StackPower not supported on the 48-port 10G SFP+ switch
