I have 4 T1s and 1 IMA group setup. When I try to setup ip addresses for each ATM interface, I got ip address overlap. Is there a way that I can setup ip address for each of the AMT interface so I can monitor them via Ping/SNMP?

I don't think this is possible as all interfaces have to be grouped under one IP address to form the IMA group.
But you can probe the individual interface using the device manager.
