msfc2 ios upgrade - broke snmp

We have two catalysts 6509 with two msfc2 cards each running

hsrp. All these 4 routers are being monitored using MRTG.

After upgrading two msfc2 cards on the first catalyst 6509 to IOS 12.1(13)E , both of them stopped responding to snmp request,

for example:

snmpwalk: No response arrived before timeout.

The other two msfc2 cards , running IOS 12.1(11b)E1 respond to snmp requests.

Any ideas?

This look likes a bug to me. You may want to check for any known bugs on the bug toolkit. I have seen few bugs in the past in the same train, where snmp bulk walk fails due to the limitation on the snmp agent. Are you doing any bulk query btw?
