One of my customer PC is connected behind the router and Router is configured for NAT. The Problem is the MSN Voice chat and MSN file transfer is not working.
Can any of you tell me how to make it work.
Thanks and Regards

Is he using Network Address Translation (NAT) or Port Address Translation (PAT). It makes a difference.
Not sure if MSN voice is H.323 compliant, but if it is, the IOS needs to support it. 12.1 I think had the kinks worked out.
Not sure about the file transfer.

As far as I know MSM uses H.323 for voice chat, so an upgrade to 12.1 would be needed, however, if you are using PAT and not NAT I dont think the voice chat will work even on 12.1 as H.323 needs a 1 to 1 translation.
As for file transfer, I have this working on a smoothwall (Linux) using PAT. You will need to find the ports that the file transfer takes place on and forward them to you client on the inside.
I would give you the ports but Im in Ireland and my smoothwall in England. Sorry.
Also make sure the person at the other end is not behind a NAT or PAT device.
