Multicast GRE tunnel to anycast RP address

Do you think it is possible:

Configure two RPs with same IP address on loopback interfaces. Then build a GRE tunnel to another router using this RP address. In case any of these RP fails, the tunnel will be still working.

I hope it is not possible with same IP address on two RP's and forming GRE tunnels connectivity.
