Need help upgrading to 7204

I need some suggestions on hardware, memory and software requirements for the folowing configuration, Cisco 7204, 1 DS-3, 1 T-1, 2 ethernet, BGP4, we are an ISP with approx. 3000 DSL & dial up subscribers, 10 web servers hosting 300 customer and company sites. DS-3 is ATM. Any help would be great.

Actually Ciscomoderator, this question intrigues me, but the size and scope of this is more of a PROJECT then a simple question.

Mitchel--What do you mean by hardware, memory and software?....and since you have 3000 users, this equipment must be in place currently or is there more....
