I had a fully functional 2512 (old token ring terminal server) yesterday but today after a cold reboot it hangs at (with the config register set to 0x2102):
System Bootstrap, Version 11.0(10c)XB1, PLATFORM SPECIFIC RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
Copyright (c) 1986-1997 by cisco Systems
2500 processor with 2048 Kbytes of main memory
<<<hung at this point>>>
With the config register set to 0x141 to boot from ROM image, it goes a little further before hanging:

Anyone have any ideas whether I should be searching out replacement bootroms, dram, flash or anything else? Ever seen this before?
Thanks.

Seen this before as a hardware failure. Not sure of component, but a replacement fixed it.

Thank you! I was fairly sure it is hardware but anything helps. Anyone else have any idea?
