We are having a setup with a Checkpoint firewall (4.1 SP5) running in a Stonebeat full cluster environment. The full cluster is configured for Loadbalancing.
THe problem that I am having is as followes:
We have created a new subnet connected by a Cisco 2611 router connected to one of the DMZ. Because the loadbalancing uses multicast I had to add a static arp entry for the virtual IP address of the firewall. Whenever I put something on the new networksegment I need to clear my arp cache after a couple of minutes because I cannot reach anything anymore. When I clear the arp entry everything works again.
does somebody have the same experience and solve the problem?
Thanks,

Have you checked for known bugs with this issue. you might also want to change arp time-out values and see if it helps.

No I didn't. We solved our problem by adding a static ARP entry in the firewall.
Thanks,
