I have a few 9k's and are about to turn up Netflow and was curious about sampling rates.
I have the following line cards
A9K-8T-L
A9K-MOD80-TR
A9K-MOD160-TR
Does it matter what RSP's I have? I have RSP-440's and RSP-880's?
Is there a way to monitor the CPU's and or memory on each line card? Do I need to monitor this?
I am trying to optimize the sampling rate and have heard many different rates.
Is there a safe number? I have been told 1 in 2000 is good but one of our vendors is indication we need 1 in 1000.
Any guidance would be great
