I want to sell a new memory and disk from another/new partner.

i can use the contract support for memory and disk since blade from original partner

you use "sell" but maybe you mean "buy" from new partner?

for the contract 
is this contract with Cisco ? then buying components from another partner will be no big problem
is the contract with the partner  -> you need to read the terms of contract!
