NICE LOGGER

Dear All,

i am working in BPO. having setup of 6006 core switches and 4006 and 3524 access switches. we have NICE logger's in our network. i have to apply access lists for my NICE LOGGER VLAN.

e.g. NICE SCREEN LOGGER is using UDP port 2101 and 2201, and TCP port 2102 2202. if i will allow only these ports to screen logger. it will work or not??

kindly suggest me on above mention issue urgently.

kindly suggest me for Voice logger, CLS server all other NICE component.

if anybody know any URL to study above issue pls give me.

If the application you mentioned uses specific ports for TCP/UDP and if you onlu allow thse and close any other using ACL this it will still work just make sure that you have the correct syntax for the ACL
