We have a Cisco NSS326 v01 Smart Storage NAS unit that recently had a failing drive. We replaced the drive recently, and the RAID 5 array has been stuck at "rebuilding: 0%" for days now. The replaced drive shows up just fine in the gui, with a "good" status. All the logs indicate no issues. Not sure where to go with this... Warranty is no longer valid, and cannot open a TAC case. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
