NTP Server

I have a 4500 that im using as a ntp server. I have the clock set and it is using the EST time zone w/ summer recurring. when i do a sh clock it has the correct time. Why when I so a sh clock from a device using the 4500 as a ntp server does it not use EST time or the summer time. its off by 4 hrs.

any ideas?

Looks like your client are sync to the 4500. You can confirm this using show ntp assoc. You have to configure timezone, offset and Daylight on all clients.
