I'm running packet tracer on Mac and I have the newest version of PT 8.2.2. I noticed that when I open the app it will continuously open new instances of itself at a rate of about every 4 seconds or so. It makes using the program incredibly painful as the active window I'm working in will constantly deselect when the new instance is opened. Also, the new instance does not pop up a new PT window on my screen, but I see the new instances being created in my Activity Monitor. Can anyone help me out?
Update: I noticed that the new instances stop being generated once I force quit the original instance of PT. The new instances are still listed on my activity monitor however.
