The error you are seeing is due to a corrupt packet in the backplane. It could be due to a poorly seated line card, bad card, bad slot, etc.

Since multiple modules are reporting the error, it is a little hard to isolate without any intrusion. I would pull out one line card at a time and see if the errors stop and identify the module/slot this way.
