I am using a router to connect remote equipment to a frame relay network. One WIC card is configured to connect with the frame relay equipment and another WIC card is configured to connect with the remote equipment (PPP protocol).
When the remote equipment is getting a message from the frame relay network via the router, sometime it looks like this:
[PPP header][IP Header][UDP datagramm][PPP footer]
and some time it looks like this:
[PPP header][IP Header][UDP datagramm] 0x55 0x55 ... 0x55 0x55 [PPP footer]
The remote equipment can not handle the second option with the 0x55 padding.
Can the router be configured to remove the padding?
