presentation about net-mgmt basics based on Cisco solutions

I'm curretnly preparing for some

customer presentations. In the tehnical direction there is no problems for information. But in my opinion there is a problem with marketing

and "why to use" infromation related to customers and for CTE level ppl (not for netowrking guru). May you have any sugestions about places

in the network or maybe your cisco materials? I got a lot of stuff from

www.cisco.com and networkers, and trying to to something good from that, but

there is a small piece of Case Studies, Success stories etc.

I need to sugest my listeners to start thining about network management ....

pleas help me... 2 days left 8-)
