Good day to all!
My question is...
where the router stores the next configurations?
clock set
terminal length
terminal history size
i mean all privilege mode configs.
Thank you.

I do not fully understand your question - but let me suggest these answers, and if they do not solve the issue then perhaps you can clarify the issue for me.
clock set is an EXEC command. There is no equivalent config command. The results of the clock set are not stored and the effect of the command only lasts while the router continues to run. At power cycle or reboot the results of the command are lost.
terminal length and terminal history can be configured in EXEC mode or in config mode. If done in EXEC mode the command is not stored and the results of the command are only effective for the current EXEC session. If done in config mode then the results of the command can be stored in startup-config (assuming that you do a copy startup or a write mem).
