Just received an email from edelivery-support@cisco.com with the PAK and PIN for additional AnyConnect user licenses, but when I followed the included link and tried to download the installation file I hit a screen with a captcha field that was entirely black (Firefox browser, up-to-date 74.0 64bit). Unable to enter the captcha string I hit the back button and now I'm not seeing the download link for the license anymore. Am I hosed? I will try contacting the reseller tomorrow morning about this (the email arrived after they closed for business) but in the meantime has anyone else run into this problem and/or have a suggestion?
