Problem of pinging from pc to server

I wonder why one of my pc can't ping to the server ( when press simulation there is a red checkmark) either the studentPc or teacherPC can work only.
If studentPC can ping the server, then teacherPC will get a red checkmark.

not really sure what your topology is supposed to do. The server at the top does not do any routing, so each side will never be able to reach the other side. Can you explain what the server is supposed to do ?

As the server cannot perform the routing function, you just need to apply it to the staff-rtr and add a couple of stack routes
