Question about providing Extended Dedicated Service

I'm currently running a dial-up ISP. I have plenty of experience in dealing with this, but I've never actually been involved in dedicated line service.

My company wants to move in the direction of selling dedicated lines to other businesses (T-1 Service) but I'm unsure of what equipment I'm going to require.

Can anyone offer me some advice?

The best bet would be to contact your telecom provider as the system varies from country to country.

I would have to say contact your local Cisco office as well. Do you have a sales rep already? I have found that the sales engineers are quite helpful and if they don't know the answer they will find it for you.
