Please can someone tell me what the output "Rate: -56 pps/104 kbps(1sec), " on group 239.255.0.3 means. I don't understand the minus sign. Is this a bug?

Many thx

Usually this means the packets are getting dropped for a variety of reasons. I would guess in your case its an RPF failure or you have no Outgoing Interface (OIF) for that group. Check your mroute table 'show ip mroute 239.255.0.3' and see if it has any interfaces in forwarding state.
