Removing config of removed module from running-config on CatIOS

Hi,

have Cat6500 running Native IOS. If I remove a Ethernet-switching-module from the chassis the

config for the interfaces on this module is still present in the running-config. Is there any possibility to remove this part of the config without restarting the box.

(on CatOS there was available the "clear config <module-nr>" command.

I too searched through command references and navigated through 6509 IOS CLI but could not find equivalent command "clear config " of CatOS. I think it is not supported at present. Only option is to reload the switch.
