Restrict Bandwidth on a Switch interface

I need to restrict the bandwidth on a Catalyst 3500's interface. Let's say I want to restrict a user for only 64 kbps..............how can I do that?

I am assuming you are talking about our new 3550 swithes. You have to configure policing.
