RME bad request

I currently use rme 2.2.

I would like to download ios images with rme by selecting tasks>Add image to library but cisco HTTP server returns an error message "bad request" with an error code "400" at the time of the remote loading.

After having checked on my proxy server, I noted that the error is located at the following URL: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/smarts/swim/getimage.pl

Could you check this?

Did you setup a CCO account in the user profile which is able to download images from cisco.com ? From: Server Setup -> Security -> Modify/Delete users

I think i had a profile problem with my cco account.
