Router configuration question

I was examining configuration of our routers and I have a question on what these two lines mean...

no service udp-small-servers

no service tcp-small-servers

Any help would be greatly appreciated

There are services like char-generator, time of day service, that will be disabled if you have these two commands. Usually you dont need these services.
