S O S - Catalyst 3750G 24TS very very poor performance

I am using a catalyst 3750G-24TS with IOS 12.1(14)EA1a as a backbone switch with servers and PCs connected to its RJ45 ports and I am experiencing very poor performances and data flow interruptions on all ports.

The câbling is certified OK, I have checked for NIC's and switchports misconfigurations or any compatibility issues but nothing.

Servers and PCs' opérating systems indicate no loss of connection.

All show interfaces or controllers commands indicate no errors or colisions

I can't even launch CMS.

Can anybody help me it's an emergency

Hello,

on the 10/100/1000 ports, make sure that you set your speed and duplex to fixed settings, and do the same on the PC and server side. I have had similiar problems in the past, where autonegotiating speed and duplex did not work well...
