SDM and Windows XP pro problem

I’m having very unpleasant time trying to start SDM from Windows XP professional system. The SDM Launch window will come up stating “ Loading Cisco SDM please wait ….” and nothing after that will happen. Launching SDM from Windows 2000 professional and 2000 server goes without any problems.

I would greatly appreciate any help on this one.

Hi,

Is JVM enabled in your browser? if you are using IE, you can go to Tools->Internet Options->Advanced Tab.

Check under "Microsoft VM", if the check-box "JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled". If not check it and then close the browser and open again.

I do not see any options for “Microsoft VM” at lacation you specified or anything for Virtual Machine.

However my “ scripting of java applets” is enabled under – Tools>Internet Options>Security.
