Seeing 2 DIServer processes

I noticed that the DIServer.exe was using about 1 1/2 gig of memory, so I tried to stop/start process in CW. Now seeing two DIServer processes and also now having a problem with DFM console monitor, Not see any events in DFM console monitor. I reboot server and still see two DIServer processes.

FYI - Called TAC and found out that the second DIServer process is really ICserver process. Also hitting bug ID CSCds73696 regarding memory leak issue!
