Hi,

I have one query about the above command "sh buffers input-interface f0/0 packet".

Will this command lists fast switching or CEF swiching packets?

According to my observation, I could see only the packets destined to the router, obviously process switched ones.

Will "sh buffers" command helpful to troubleshoot fast or CEF switched packets?

Thanks in advance...

Regards...

-Ashok.

Agree with you, this command may not help you troublshoot fast switched or CEF switched packets. May be this document should help you to troubleshoot CEF http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/iosswrel/ps1828/products_tech_note09186a00801e1e46.shtml
