I'm currently using MSQL database to allow people or users share the database from different locations and on different networks, this database allow users to access it from different locations even if they on different networks provided their routers are listed on the remote host of the database.
Now we have one computer which has a WAR file and Tomcat server stored on it, this computer act as a server for other computers which we treat them as workstations. If we put all the computers on the same network and allow the workstation to reference the host computer like http://localhost:8080/ then all the workstations will be able to use the resources from the host computer without problems (Local area network static IP Address).
The problem comes in if we do not put all the workstations on one network (LAN Static IP Address), whenever, we try to access the resources from the server we always receive a message "resources not accessible please check again"
Since we are able to use this MYSQL database by using different networks, then is there a way to also access the server network by using different networks.
Workstations
We store the server credentials of the server in one of the tables if we are using a local area network which allows all the computers on the same network to use these credentials to connect or tap the resources from the server.
