Slow access to CW

Hi.

I have a problem when I try to access a CW on remote site, is very slowly and after 5 minutes , it´s opened the session, and when write the user name once again is very slow to access.

But a user on local site, doesn´t have any problem, He works fine.

Between site´s there are a link of 6 MB.

so which is the problem,

Hi,

Have you got the same Java plug-in running on your client at the remote site as that of your client at the local site?

Other than that, is your 6MB link being heavily utilised?

there are differents

Site A

Pc Java 1.3.1

Server 1.3.1

Site B

PC java 1.3.1 and 1.4.1.02

server 1.3.1

when I try to connect to site B is fine, but when client on site B tries to connect to my server on site A, is very slowly.

I try to install Java 1.4.1_02 on my laptop, but the internet session crashed when try to conect to cisco works.

It´s strange because user on site B works fine with his cisco works.
