The SNMP trap timestamps are one hour off from the time on the router (IOS (tm) 7200 Software (C7200-IS-M), Version 12.1(5)T15).
The router has NTP and summertime enabled. This this a issue? Does the SNMP timestamp not recognize the summertime setting?

Do you have "service timestamps log" enabled? Are the router and CiscoWork sin the same timezone? If not, you might want to add the "show-timezone" paramaeter to the "service timestamps" command. See http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/sw/iosswrel/ps1826/products_command_summary_chapter09186a00800d9b5a.html#xtocid1446226 for syntax and context.

I tried all of your suggestions, thanks. They did not have an effect on the timestamps. Even changing the timezone had no effect.
After looking at the SNMP trap packets, it looks like there are no timestamps in the trap, only an uptime variable. It looks like it is an issue with the receiving software.
