I'm really afraid but I cannot find traps for Spanning tree in IOS for cat6500.
I'm pretty sure that using CatOS I got them.
Could you confirm me the lack of these traps ?
Thanks
Marco

I wasn't able to locate the trap either but the support for the same seems to be there. Configuring SNMP (Cisco Catalyst 6500 series switches) at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps708/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a008007f2de.html#30211 seems to suggest the same. You should probably also have a look at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk648/tk362/technologies_tech_note09186a0080094a90.shtml. Lastly, even though I really wonder how useful this is going to be, the mib locator is located at http://tools.cisco.com/ITDIT/MIBS/servlet/index.

Thanks.
Main problem is that all these URL show CatOS configuration and never the IOS one for Cat6500 Native mode config.
I believed the config should have been the same as for the routers but it seems that the parameter here is not present.
