solution to routing between LANs

Hello, there is one request from shopfloor to enable the routing between several LANs, no WAN access is needed, is there any simple cost-effective router available for it? Thanks!

What kind of lans / ethernet, tokenring ?

are the lans on switches or hubs ?

only ethernet 10/100M, both switches and hubs exist.
