If a switch port connected to a workstation or server is configured with fast start disabled and another workstation configured with port fast disabled leaves or joins bridge what impact, if any, does it have on other ports on bridge configured with fast start disabled? Waht impact, if any, would there be to swtich ports configured with fast start enabled?

Having portfast enabled on a port, suppresses all STP TCNs for that port. There will not be any impact to ports w or w/o STP portfast enabled.
