Hi,
i have a 1605R , i configure it , copy running startup , and then reboot . But i get the System Configuration Dialogue. What am i missing ?

Hi Michel,
Could be the config register. Type SH VER, look at the last line which should say
Configuration register is 0x2102
If it says 0x2142 then it will need to be changed in global config mode.ie.
router(config)#conf
router(config)#config-register 0x2102
exit and save to memory.
