What happens if we implement more than two static route for a router to the one destination from different interfaces
How does router decide which path it needs to take?
Does static routing have any kind of metric to decide which better path or not ?
How this is going to choose from among more than two option having same AD = 1 ?

Hello ,
Cisco devices can have static routes with different AD admin distance but metric does not apply to static routes.
If multiple static routes are present with same AD value for the same destination CEF will perform flow based load balancing over the equal cost multi path ECMP.
To be noted if a LAN switch is in the middle between routers static routes are not able to detect a remote next-hop failure and a dynamic routing protocol is to be preferred as it is able to detect indirect failures (when missing hellos from neighbor).
To use static routes in a more reliable way you should use IP SLA to track IP next-hops.
Hope to help
