Has anyone ran into this limitation? Is this a per peer limitation? I'm not sure if they mean per interface as the "CEF path" or per prefix match. The BGP table is over 150,000 now so I would assume people would have ran into this by now if that was an issue?

The limitation is based on the memory used.BGP table limitation depends on the memory size on your router.

Memory utilization depends on the following

(a) number of prefixes

(b) number of alternate path

(c) number of neighbors receiving full table update.
