Switch Problem

Hi ,

Can any one help,

I just trashed a cisco 3550 switch with a power out while deleting the IOS. So now i have no IOS on the unit. When i turn it on i get the switch> prompt. How do I get an IOS onto the unit when it doesnt have an IOS on already??

If you are getting the

switch>

prompt you have an image it just sounds like tou have no config .

Can you paste in a sh version , I just think your config register is set to ignore NVRAM.

you can do a sh start to see if the config is in NVRAM . If it is do a copy start runn ,

It should be set to 0x2102 Not 0x2142 .
