The above message is comming all of sudden in 6509

running on cat ios we have not changed any configuration on the switch what could be the reason behind it and how to correct the above message..

how it would effect my Network.

The Pinnacle and COIL errors you're seeing on module 6 indicate a problem with the module. The COIL asics control the 10/100 ports in groups of 12, and the Pinnacle asic controls the four COIL asics. Replace the 6348 module in slot 6 and the errors should go away.

1000BaseT ..

16 1000BaseT Ethernet WS-X6316-GE-TX

pls suggest what to do either we should change the

configuration on port 2 and 3 or replace the whole module.
