Traditional license migrate to smart license concern

Hi,

I have a case where we have just recently bring up  CSSM on premise server with a smart account. Previously there were routers which required license were activated by third party re-seller which we could not track down the registration process(smart account used). In case, we are trying to get the traditional licences migrate to smart license. The question is if router is converted to smart licenses where the traditional was generated using third party(re-seller smart account), will the conversion either using the portal or Device Led Conversion (DLC) be successful?

If you refer to converting from Classic licensing to smart Licesing, there´s a procedure for it that you can see here:

But, if the device were regiested on the re-eeller Smart Account, as  you mentioned, then now you need to migrate to your smart account then I think you need to call Cisco. I assume that must be contract envolved and this change is not that simple.
