Troubleshooting medianet

We configured medianet on 2 devices. 

One device is working and sending data to our monitoring tool and data is visible.

The second with the same config is sending data but no data is seen.

I took PCAPs from both devices and they look the same, sending the same type of information.

I used wireshark to decode them to CFLOW but still can't figure out why one works and the other doesn't

What is the best way to troubleshoot medianet using tools like wireshark?
