Hi there,

An untagged frame received on a trunk port will be placed in the VLAN specified by the native VLAN command.

cheers,

Seb.

 - A native vlan can not be tagged by 'word-definition'.

I recall a tagged frame will always "go" to the corresponding VLAN (including native). What's special about native VLAN frames, they are sent w/o VLAN tags, and if such are received, they are sent to the native VLAN.

Thank you
