I have Two 7206's in two different buildings and 11000 feet of SM Fiber between them. How do I connect the two 7206's using the best possoble connection. I would prefer to go GIGABIT.
Is there a limit on SM fibre cable length between two 7206's without using transceivers?

You should not have any problems using LX/LH GBICs to go the two miles over SM fiber. The main issue may be that you must have a 7206VXR with NPE-300 to use the PA-GE.
If using a 7206VXR w/NPE-300 is not an option, you should consider OC3 POS adapters or DPT port adapters. The POS will get you OC3 and DPT is at OC-12.
Watch out for IOS code requirements for the various port adapters.
